FormCycle forms cannot be submitted

Following the system update in the production environment, there is currently a disruption affecting FormCycle. Affected forms cannot be accessed at the moment, and data already entered cannot be submitted.

We are already working on a fix and will inform you immediately as soon as the issue has been resolved.
