Planned software upgrade on network switches

We are performing a planned software upgrade on several core network switches. The maintenance work will take place from 14:00 to 15:00.

Resolved: LAN/WLAN restriction in Buildings B and E

The disruption has been resolved and the switches are back in operation.

Currently, the power supply to several switches has failed. As a result, LAN/WLAN service in some areas of Buildings B and E is currently affected.
Building management has been notified and we will update this notice as soon as we know more.

Due to a defect in a transformer, LAN/WLAN connectivity is currently affected in some areas of buildings B/E/R.
Colleagues from Facility Management and the Electrical Workshop are working on a solution.

For about an hour now we have been experiencing a network issue. We are currently working to resolve the problem. As a result, anyone who newly connects to the Q-Bau LAN will not have network access; if you are affected, please use the Wi-Fi instead. The issue is known and we are working urgently on a solution.
